Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination. This ensures fair and accurate pricing for your order.
What is the processing time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days. Orders placed after 17:00 CET will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will also be processed on the next working day.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched. You will also receive real-time delivery updates from our shipping partners.
What shipping partners do you use?
We work with reliable carriers including DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail (UK), and USPS/UPS (US).
Are there any duties or taxes on my order?
All orders are shipped Duties Paid where applicable. For UK customers, VAT is included in the product price. For US customers, sales tax may apply at checkout based on your location.
What should I do if I experience delivery problems or delays?
If you encounter any delivery problems or delays, please contact us at support@revliss.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@revliss.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@revliss.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?

How do exchanges work?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@revliss.com.
Do you offer a 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers?
Yes, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
